Product Description

YL-60 Automatic Cartoning Machine was finished running by a series of photo-electro controllers to make the machine stable and guarantee the packing quality. It includes cantons opening and forming, products insert into cartons, printing batch numbers, sealing, or option hot-glue device. The machine can be single-used or linked with VFFS Machine, Shrink Machine, Overwrapping Machine, and pillow packing machine to form a production line.

● Intelligent operation control: when there is no product/position deviation, the pressing process will be automatically skipped and the system will automatically shut down for protection if there is no carton/position error at the packing station

● Digital monitoring system: real-time data interface displays fault alarm, running speed, finished product count, supports parameter visualization adjustment to achieve digital monitoring

● Full process automatic detection: intelligent out-of-stock detection module automatically removes missing products, and the overload protection device quickly cuts off power output when encountering abnormal load

● Humanized operation design: when there is no product, the carton suction function is automatically disabled to reduce waste of consumables, modular design ensures stable operation and reduces maintenance costs
